1. Online Courses
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds for online courses are subject to the following terms:
- Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the course has been completed.
- Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please email us at [email protected] with your purchase details and reason for the request. Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
2. Live Training Programs
For live, instructor-led training sessions (online or in-person), refunds are provided under these conditions:
- Full Refund: Available if cancellation is requested at least 14 days before the program start date.
- Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be issued if cancellation is requested within 7–13 days before the program start date.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date are non-refundable.
3. Program Cancellations by ACPT
In the event that ACPT - Academy Of Computer Programming And Training needs to cancel or reschedule a training program, we will:
- Provide a Full Refund: If a program is canceled without rescheduling, a full refund will be issued.
- Offer Credit Transfer: Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your credit to a future program of equivalent value.
4. Non-Refundable Services

- Registration fees or administrative fees, where applicable.
- Any additional services or digital products beyond the initial course or training package purchased.
